Data Centre
We have been engaged by a client to source equity for a substantial data centre specifically to support multinational companies. The equity required is in the vicinity of NZD$50m.
Specialist Nursing Accommodation
We have been engaged to source debt and equity to assist a client in building a purpose designed building to accommodate 100 nurses, with seven minutes’ walk time from Wellington Hospital.
The client presently has a number of Heads of Agreements with third parties to fully lease the complex.
Dairy Processing and Nutritional Manufacturing – Taranaki
A state-of-the-art dairy powder blending and canning facility located within New Zealand’s major dairy-producing region. The turnkey operation is designed for high-quality dairy processing, including infant nutrition and other value-added products, with advanced sterilisation, blending, filling, sealing, and packaging capabilities. Previously MPI compliant, the facility is suitable for both domestic and export markets and is available for lease or purchase, including land, buildings, and plant.
