Michael Reeves has over 35 years’ experience in capital markets, specialising in the facilitation of both equity and debt across a wide range of industries and transaction sizes. Throughout his career, Michael has: Structured and facilitated significant private equity and debt transactions Operated as a lender and funding principal Served as CEO of both private companies and publicly listed organisations Advised on large-scale property development and commercial projects Michael’s unique perspective — gained from operating on both sides of the funding equation — enables him to design capital solutions that are commercially realistic and execution-focused. His experience allows Saville Capital to engage confidently with investors, lenders, and stakeholders at senior decision-making levels.
Deepak Ratti

Deepak Ratti is a highly experienced funding partner with more than 26 years’ experience across commercial lending and banking environments in New Zealand and Malaysia. Deepak’s background includes: Senior roles within major New Zealand bank Experience across two Malaysian banking institutions Management of complex lending, restructuring, and funding challenges Designing tailored financial solutions for businesses under pressure.
Deepak is recognised for his practical approach to problem-solving and his ability to navigate complex banking structures. He works closely with clients to identify workable funding and restructuring strategies that align with both lender requirements and commercial realities.
Dave Ananth
Consultant | Legal & Tax Advisory
David Ananth is a consultant to Saville Capital with over 30 years of legal experience across New Zealand and international jurisdictions. Dave specialises in: Tax advisory services Negotiation and dispute resolution with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Advising individuals and businesses in disputes with government departments, including the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) Compliance and regulatory advisory.Dave is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia. His deep understanding of tax law and regulatory frameworks allows Saville Capital to deliver efficient, outcome-focused solutions that minimise legal cost, time, and stress for clients.
